Accounts & access
Account features use authenticated sign-in. Stored profile and chat records use user-scoped access rules intended to restrict private information to the relevant account. Administrative business actions require an admin role checked on the server.
Local trips and favorites are saved in your browser. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see them. Signing out does not automatically erase locally saved travel plans.
Payments & business review
Business payments are handled through Stripe rather than an application form that stores raw card details. Billing references and subscription status are used to manage placement. Never send payment-card details by email or AI chat.
The business workflow is designed to require both admin approval and payment-confirmed status before a paid listing is published. Website-derived AI descriptions are drafts, not automatic publication approvals. These controls are not a certification of a business’s safety or service quality.
AI & connected assistants
The AI guide processes information you send to it through an external AI service. Signed-in chat history is account-scoped. Suggested places require your tap before being saved to favorites or a trip; the guide is not meant to make those changes on its own.
Connecting an external assistant uses Travel Texas sign-in and authorized tools. Account-specific tools are scoped to the signed-in caller’s profile. Only connect assistants you trust, review their permissions and consult their privacy policies. An authorized external assistant may be able to take actions offered by its tools.
